Get Toned with these At-Home Circuit Exercises

Summer will soon be here. Looking for exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home at Hancock Square at Arlington Station? If so, look no further because here are four at-home circuit exercises you can do with minimal or no equipment!

Whitney Simmons, an exercise blogger and fitness enthusiast, creates great workouts that anyone, no matter their fitness level or gender, can do or modify in some way.

Most importantly, the following four circuits can be performed as a stand-alone regimen or in any combination you prefer. You can also choose whether or not you want to use dumbbells, household items, or body weights for any of the exercises.

If you enjoy the circuit exercises, click this link to follow Whitney on Instagram, where she posts exercises daily. She also has a fitness app called ALIVE, where you can find an even larger variety of Whitney’s workouts.
