Get a Great Workout at These Fitness Studios in Arlington Heights

If your New Year’s resolutions include working on your fitness, you’re in luck! As a resident at Hancock Square at Arlington Station, you already have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center with cardio equipment, weights, medicine balls, and even a nice yoga studio. Another bonus to living at Hancock Square is that there are several fitness studios nearby, so you can try something new and add some spice to your fitness routine whenever you want. Here are a few of our favorite fitness studios in Arlington Heights:

CorePower Yoga

If you think yoga isn’t a tough workout, think again. The instructors at CorePower Yoga will take you through a high-intensity workout that will have you sweating, stretching, and building lean muscles. You can try a week for free and if you like it there are several options. A monthly membership allows you to do unlimited classes at any location or you can purchase packages that never expire. A single class is $26.

9Round

At 9Round, each 30-minute workout consists of nine stations that will have you kickboxing your way to a body transformation. Workouts change daily and there are no set class times, so you can show up whenever you want. You can try one class for free. Then, if you decide to buy a membership you also have access to a free nutritional program.

XSport Fitness

XSport Fitness is a popular fitness center in the Chicago area (as well as D.C. and New York City) and Arlington Heights boasts two locations. The “south” location is an XSport Express which means it has basic amenities such as group fitness classes, childcare, and personal training. It’s only a few minutes further to reach the “north” location, but there are a lot more features. This location has an indoor swimming pool, sauna, tanning, basketball, and a rock climbing wall, in addition to the same basic amenities as an XSport Express. You can try a membership for a week for free and monthly memberships start as low as $10 a month. A major perk to XSport Fitness is that it is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Of course, you can also use our fitness center as much as you want when you’re a resident at Hancock Square. But we understand that it’s fun to challenge yourself and push your body’s limits. Even if you aren’t interested in joining a new gym, you could try the free trial periods and then use your new moves in our gym.
